Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management or organizational change.
• Experience in a K-12 public school district or public-sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of districtwide reconfiguration initiatives.
• Develop and monitor detailed implementation timelines, benchmarks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across departments to ensure coherent execution.
• Ensure reconfiguration activities stay on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with communications to coordinate messaging with external partners.
• Track milestones, flag risks, and prepare status updates for leadership and the Board.
• Support development of engagement plans for staff, families, and community.
