Job summary

Kansas City Public Schools is seeking a Project Manager- Operations to implement, manage, and coordinate district projects across multiple departments. The role focuses on timely completion, risk assessment, and cross-functional leadership to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college hours or equivalent relevant field experience.
• 2 years experience in Project Management or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including keen attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management skills for the Facilities Department and other district projects.
• Create and distribute draft agendas and materials; document activities and results.
• Conduct data analysis and external research to support leadership decisions.
• Ensure project priorities align with the District's core goals.
• Manage data collection and reporting for special projects.
