Uncommon Schools in Boston seeks a Principal Fellow to develop as a school leader, co-lead a campus with an Uncommon Director of Operations, and drive instructional excellence from day one.

You will receive weekly coaching and feedback, immersion in school operations, and cross-regional professional development to build leadership capacity in areas including Instructional Leadership, Teacher Development, School Culture, and Family Engagement.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of teaching experience with evidence of outstanding student growth and achievement.
• At least 1 year of experience coaching, leading, and/or managing teachers (e.g., Assistant Principal,Dean of Curriculum, Instructional Leader).
• Experience teaching core subjects is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Feedback and Assessment: Principal Fellows receive formal and informal feedback to grow as leaders.
• School Immersion: Fellows integrate into day-to-day activities to build leadership capacity.
• Professional Development: Fellows attend monthly cross-regional PD and cohort workshops.
