Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Deployment Lead on the Future Platforms team to found and scale the accounting platform across multiple client engagements.

You will own the accounting layer, configure COA, mappings, and partner with Controllers, CFOs, and finance teams to ensure clean live operations and successful migrations. This is a high-velocity, cross-functional role requiring hands-on execution and scalable process building.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Background in accounting or finance, ideally in a tech-enabled or high-growth environment.
• Experience managing complex, client-facing implementations or projects.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, close process, workflows).
• Excellent communicator who can build trust with senior finance stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting engagement success end-to-end across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning with Controllers, CFOs, and Finance teams.
• Configure and implement accounting setups: COA, vendors, entities, mappings.
• Drive data migration readiness and post-launch success: reconciliations and close processes.
• Enable adoption: trainings, demos, and blocker resolution for accounting users.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks with Product and Engineering teams.
