This rotational development track builds future leaders through structured training, hands-on warehouse operations, hub management, transportation coordination, data analysis, and mentorship from experienced leaders. Phases cover Warehouse Learning, Hub Operations, Operations Support, and Final Placement with leadership development and project ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above is required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four phases covering warehouse, hub, and operations support.
• Lead assigned projects and participate in leadership development programs.
• Complete final evaluation and transition into a permanent role.
