We have 8 Massage Heights locations in San Antonio – Alamo Heights, Leon Springs, Bandera, 1604 and Bulverde, Shavano Park, Medical Center, Schertz, and TPC Parkway.

**Must be able to be very flexible with required shifts. We are looking for someone with a largely open schedule, and reliable transportation. We are seeking candidates who have very flexible schedule. Candidates must be able to work 3-5 shifts per week, including weekends, and most likely these will be a mix of morning and/or evening shifts.**

We offer a competitive compensation with $1/ hour increases every 6 months guaranteed plus quarterly bonuses!

Responsibilities:

1. Greet Guests and Members with warm, welcoming, and positive energy
2. Answer phones with fantastic phone etiquette, including upbeat tone and articulation
3. Maintain a mature temperament
4. Build rapport with Guests and Members while waiting in lobby
5. Schedule appointments, check Guests and Members in and out, and collect payments within our robust software system
6. Present/sell membership programs to new Guests
7. Retain Members by providing an excellent client experience
8. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

1. Must have reliable transportation to commute between all eight of our locations
2. Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
3. Must have a positive attitude
4. Must have friendly and professional phone etiquette
5. Must have the ability to objectively receive feedback and integrate it into your work
6. Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
7. Must have the ability to multi-task
