State Farm agent team member in Covington, GA is seeking a customer-focused individual. You will establish relationships, provide timely service on insurance needs, and support billing and policy changes. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is required or must be obtainable.

Schedule includes M-W-F 3-5 PM and TU-TH 9-5 PM, with compensation of $9.00–$11.00 per hour. This is an independent contractor agent role, not with State Farm directly.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Compensation: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
