Teresa Tucker - State Farm Agent in Bethel Park seeks a Customer Service Representative to build and maintain relationships with local customers.

You will educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based approach and support the agent in achieving marketing goals and growth.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

Compensation: $26,500-$60,000
