Rusty Smith - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a local State Farm agency in Georgia. You will establish relationships with customers, handle inquiries about insurance products, and support daily office operations.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience and strong communication skills are a plus; training and licensing support are provided.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
