Executive Home Care offers compassionate in-home care with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation. As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, personal care, meals, medication reminders, and mobility support, while providing companionship and monitoring health status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication Reminders: provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Meal preparation and nutrition: plan and prepare meals per dietary requirements, monitor hydration.
• Companionship and social interaction: engage clients and accompany to appointments.
• Health monitoring: observe changes and report to care team; document care provided.
