Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
• Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules; Support clients in managing their medication routines.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements; Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship; Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team; Document care provided and any notable observations.

Qualifications
