Job summary

Executive Home Care of St. Louis is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes across the St. Louis area.

You will assist with ADLs, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and meaningful companionship, while documenting care and coordinating with the care team to ensure safety and comfort. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are provided to help you grow while making a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Medication reminders and support with prescribed schedules.
• Meal preparation and nutrition, adhering to dietary requirements.
• Companionship and social interaction; accompany to appointments and activities.
• Health monitoring: observe changes and report to the care team; document care provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
