Job summary

Executive Home Care is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support for seniors in California. You will deliver direct care, assist with daily activities, and maintain a safe, supportive environment under care plans.

Training is provided to enhance your skills and confidence in helping clients live independently at home. We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background check required as a condition of employment.
• Caregiving experience or similar background preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to seniors.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Participate in training and development to improve skills.

Pay Rate: $19 to $23 per Hour
