HomeWell Care Services in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking a compassionate Care Manager to build strong relationships with clients and families, visit clients, assess evolving needs, and develop tailored care plans. You will coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure delivery of personalized, quality care.

Pay Range

• $26 - $30/ hr. D.O.E.

What You’ll Do

• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Conduct client visits and assess changing care needs
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with caregivers
