• Coordinate with project managers to ensure quote accuracy and assist with ongoing job updates; some travel may be required.
• Organize FTP data and maintain project documentation.
• Support billing, filing, document management, and routing/calling duties as part of a team.
• Ensure administrative processes for projects comply with organizational requirements.
• Maintain open job records and ensure all required documents exist.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Position Summary

AG Solutions is seeking someone who can work closely with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to help analyze project specifications, and assist with development of bids.

Key Responsibilities

Assist project managers to create accurate material, labor, and equipment cost estimates
Coordinate with project managers to ensure quote accuracy and help assist project managers with ongoing job updates some travel might be required
Organizing FTP (File Transfer Portals) data
This role requires a conscientious and cooperative team player who helps others with billing, filing, maintaining files, answering incoming and routing outgoing phone calls.
Ensures that administrative processes for projects are run in compliance with the organization’s requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy Maintain records for open jobs to ensure all required project documents exist

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent math, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical demands include long hours sitting, using a computer, standing, pulling/pushing, walking, lifting, and climbing. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• The job requires intermediate computer proficiency and critical thinking skills
• Other duties, activities, and responsibilities may vary and change as assigned
• Travel -35-40%

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel, PDF, WORD, and quote tracking software
• Knowledge of Procore a plus but not necessary
