Job summary

AG Solutions is seeking an Electrical Helper to support our electrical team in commercial and industrial settings. A valid driver’s license is required, and applicants must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time; the role is full-time.

Responsibilities include assisting with wiring, conduit installation, and daily safety checks; you will work with Journeyman Electricians and I&E Technicians, report hours, and adhere to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass drug and alcohol testing with no prior positive tests or refusals.
• Able to safely lift and carry 40+ lbs of equipment, tools, and parts.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and hard-working.
• Good safety record and attitude.

• Assist in running and installing conduit or raceways
• Support Journeyman Electricians and I&E Technicians with daily tasks
• Work effectively alongside helpers, electricians, and AG Solutions supervisors
• Perform Job Safety Analyses before beginning work
• Complete daily vehicle and worksite safety inspections
• Continuously monitor work areas to ensure they are free of hazards
• Operate basic tools such as cordless drills, impacts, and other hand tools
• Maintain clean and organized worksites and vehicles
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Accurately report and record hours worked
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Adhere to all worksite rules and local, state, tribal, and federal regulations
• Prioritize safety at all times
• Complete a 90-day probationary period

Key Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time

Travel: Required — approximately 80% of work involves travel

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
