Job summary

State Farm Agent is seeking a customer-focused team member to help establish relationships, service clients, and develop leads in a high-volume environment. You will handle inquiries about auto, home, life, and retirement products while pursuing licensing requirements for Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance.

Located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, this position offers salary plus commission/bonus, health benefits, and paid time off as part of a State Farm independent contractor office.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
