Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of management/transportation experience.
• Willingness to travel to account locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate based on account assignments.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers to ensure productive onboarding and ongoing performance.
• Support fleet operations to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Learn payroll, driver counseling, incident reviews, and reporting tasks.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight movement to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety requirements are met across operations.
