• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers.
• Fill in for absent staff and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage driver training and orientation for internal and external systems.
• Assist in creating customer-specific reporting and financial analysis for fleet performance.
• Learn to manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
