Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering or Business).
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across manufacturing, customer service, planning, maintenance, safety, and other managerial functions.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing metrics and drive performance improvements.
• Lead projects and develop solutions related to safety, quality, capacity, and logistics.
