Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Strategic thought leader with proven ability to execute.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Directors.
• Translate business goals into HR priorities and people plans across multiple client groups.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and interventions.
• Partner with leaders on org design, restructuring, and change management.
• Drive performance management cycles and coach managers.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D on development plans.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues; escalate high-risk matters.
• Ensure policy consistency across units while adapting to local nuances.
• Collaborate with Legal/ER on terminations, accommodations, investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws across regions.
• Coordinate with COEs on talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll.
• Support annual compensation planning and budget processes.
• Lead manager training on HR tools, policies, processes.
• Assist engagement survey actions and HR calendar events.
• Lead various HR projects aligned with HR strategy.
