Job summary

Belden's Launch program offers a three-year path for graduates to rotate through cross-functional teams, owning high-impact projects and building leadership, technical, and business skills. You will work with senior leaders, mentors, and a global network to accelerate your professional growth and impact in the industrial technology industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in the specified field and recent graduation or expected graduation by June 2027.
• Related project or work experience in supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data analytics, Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across cross-functional teams on high-impact projects within Belden's Launch program.
• Own high-impact projects and build technical, business, and professional skills.
• Engage with senior leaders and mentors to drive your development and impact.
• Relocate for rotational assignments as needed and gain broad exposure across locations.
