Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field completed within the past two years or anticipated graduation by June 2027.
• Related project or work experience in supply chain operations, cross-functional collaboration, manufacturing processes, data analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, or structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three-year rotations across cross-functional teams.
• Own high-impact projects with measurable business impact during your rotations.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and structured development across technical, business, and professional capabilities.
