Job summary

Tower Loan in Ridgeland, MS is launching a full-time Manager Trainee Development Program designed to prepare you for leadership in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

As a Trainee you’ll develop relationships with customers, learn to meet office goals, and support management tasks such as staff planning and loan document analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending best service.
• Offer optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding office goals.
• Support management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
