Pentair plc is offering a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program in the United States, with two start dates in 2027. Interns work about 40 hours per week at a $28.00 hourly rate, contributing to strategic projects and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Participants will join a professional cohort, receive mentorship and networking opportunities, attend executive speaker sessions, and showcase their results in a final presentation, with potential for full-time

Qualifications

• Be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Management from an accredited university.
• Be enrolled as a junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028).
• Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States while in Pentair's Leadership Development Program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
