Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business.
• Junior undergraduate with expected graduation Spring 2028.
• Willing to relocate to multiple U.S. locations for the program.

Responsibilities

• Work on a real-world, strategic business project during the 12‑week program.
• Present project objectives, processes, and outcomes to leadership at program end.
• Engage in mentorship, networking, and team competition activities.
