Pentair invites ambitious students to join its Leadership Development Internship Program for a 12-week summer experience. You will contribute to real-world strategic projects and gain mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.

Interns work about 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $28.00, and may receive relocation assistance for Summer 2027. A chance to connect with leaders and showcase成果 at the program's conclusion is provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Management from an accredited university.
• Be enrolled as a junior undergraduate (Preferred Graduation Date: Spring 2028)
• Have a strong desire to become a leader at Pentair in the future
• Have a strong interest in Pentair’s full‑time Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program after graduation
• Willing to relocate and work in locations throughout the United States during the Leadership Development Program
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Work on a real‑world, strategic business project during the 12‑week internship.
• Present project objectives, processes, and results to leadership at the internship's end.
• Engage in mentorship, networking opportunities, and cohort experiences throughout the summer.
