Clayton in New Mexico is launching an Administrator in Training (AIT) program to develop future Licensed Nursing Home Administrators in a skilled nursing setting. The immersive program includes executive mentorship, hands-on experiences, and coaching to prepare you for licensure while you lead teams and contribute to quality care.

You will rotate through departments, complete CNA training, and work toward NAB/state licensure exams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or related industry is desirable.
• Strong communication skills; fluent reading, writing, and speaking English across teams and leadership levels.

• Gain Hands-On Experience by rotating through key departments to learn operations.
• Prepare for Licensure with structured training and guidance for NAB/state exams.
• Lead projects that improve center performance and patient outcomes.
• Develop leadership skills through meetings, workshops, and mentorship.
