Job summary

Champion Care is seeking an Administrator in Training (AIT) in Alabama to develop into a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The program provides hands-on experience across clinical services, recruitment, financial management, regulatory compliance, resident experience, quality improvement, business development and environmental services.

The selected candidate will receive structured training and mentorship, working under an experienced administrator to prepare for licensure and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, public health or a related field preferred.
• Previous leadership or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and employees.
• Willingness to relocate within Alabama following completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to clinical services, employee recruitment and retention, financial management and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with resident experience, quality improvement, business development and environmental services.
• Work under guidance of a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to learn all facility operations.
• Participate in all aspects of operations across departments as part of leadership development.
