Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required by start date.
• Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA at graduation or upon graduation.
• Strong desire to become a future formal leader.
• Demonstrated communication, reliability, and self-starter mindset.
• Exceptional business acumen and leadership demonstrated through positions or internships.
• Aptitude for strategic and critical thinking; open to new opportunities.
• Initiative to lead with or without a formal title.

• Commitment to relocating to Des Moines, IA for the program duration.
• Willingness to travel (including overnight stays ~5%).

Responsibilities

• Engage in a four to six rotation sequence, each about six months, to build cross‑functional understanding.
• Develop leadership skills through increased responsibilities and coaching within the program.
• Collaborate with program peers and leaders to drive high‑impact projects.
• Report progress on initiatives to program leadership and stakeholders.
