Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Tax, or Audit
• Analytical skills and close attention to detail is necessary
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment

Responsibilities

• Performs and delivers on finance assignments while applying finance knowledge and developing domain specific expertise
• Develops relationships with finance leaders, peers, and cross functional partners
• Learns and applies institutional context, including financial processes and governance requirements
• Identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and insight
• Supports preparation of financial summaries, analyses, and materials for management and senior leadership
