You’ll gain hands-on experience, participate in performance-based incentives, and prepare to manage people and processes across a Tower Loan office. Location is on-site, with weekday hours and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending services.
