Axon’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a highly selective, two-year rotational experience designed for ambitious graduates who want to solve meaningful problems and accelerate their careers. Start date is August 2027 with a hybrid work model; rotations may include offices in Seattle, DC, London, Ho Chi Minh City, and Sydney, plus Scottsdale or Boston.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3-5 rotations over two years.
• Work with senior leaders on high-impact projects.
• Develop leadership and cross-functional skills across the organization.
• Collaborate across functions such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and People Ops.
• Build a strong peer and company network through cohort experiences and events.
