Qualifications

• Previous experience (6+ months) in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness or customer service industry.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on operations leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling and ensuring cleanliness standards.
• Oversee the service team and day-to-day tasks.
• Shadow gym managers to learn leadership practices.
• Provide assistance to members' inquiries and perform administrative duties.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve KPIs.
• Step into acting managerial roles for hands-on learning.
