Crunch Fitness Powered by JEM Wellness Brands seeks a General Manager in Training to join our leadership team and develop into a GM role. You'll drive daily club operations, lead staff development, and focus on member experience and revenue growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, coaching, and meeting KPI targets while adhering to Crunch policies and service standards. A strong, safety-conscious leader will thrive in our fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential
• Understanding of labor control and staffing optimization is required
• Experience in fitness facility or customer-service management is preferred
• Proven ability to meet objectives quickly and manage KPIs effectively
• Willingness to work a day-shift schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Lead with core values: Resilience, Service, Transformation, Excellence.
• Monitor staff performance to meet KPI standards, provide coaching.
• Drive sales goals and member growth, contribute to revenue generation.
• Assist in scheduling, labor management, payroll processing, and budget adherence.
• Support pre-sales, grand openings, and market readiness for new clubs
