Job summary

Buckle in Madison is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader to drive guest service, sales and daily operations. You will work closely with store leadership to greet Guests, assist with merchandise selection, and model Buckle’s standards on the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.

Expected duties include coaching teammates, supporting recruiting, and maintaining a high-energy, guest-focused environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience or training.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to learn Buckle products and promotions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary guest service and meet sales goals.
• Lead by example and assist in training Teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
