Job summary

Raymond James offers the Advisory Mastery Program (AMP), a unique development track designed to train individuals for a career as a Financial Advisor. Trainees receive education, training and mentorship across technical and sales skills to prepare for success and long-term growth.

After year one, AMP Advisors aim to meet production targets that contribute to the firm’s revenue while helping clients achieve their financial goals, focusing on building client pipelines and obtaining required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and four years of work experience, including sales or business experience.
Licenses: SIE required; Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months; Life, Health and Variable Annuity or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement, centers of influence and niches.
Manage full scope of client relationships by evaluating needs and investment objectives.
Recommend suitable investment products and solutions based on client needs and risk tolerance.
Develop a book of business aligned with AMP goals for assets under management and production.
Complete required program training and obtain mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes.
Network in the community and market Raymond James to clients.
