Job summary

Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a 24-month rotational program in finance and business controlling, starting in August 2027 designed to develop future generations of business leaders in finance and business controlling. As a participant in the program, you will rotate through multiple business functions within the business.

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $73,000.00, with potential incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related major.
• Experience from at least one financial internship or similar work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with a hands-on attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced program.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects as outlined in the project charters and plans.
• Drive completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Measure, track and report on project performance and milestones.
• Identify areas for improvement and address risks with countermeasures.
• Act as link between project team and project sponsor.
• Prepare deliverables and align with project team and sponsor.
• Provide timely status updates to sponsor and steering committee.
• Escalate risks and issues to the sponsor as needed.
• Set up and execute the project communication plan.
• Lead the project team and delegate tasks effectively.
