Job summary

Henkel offers a 24-month Leadership Experience and Development Program in Finance and Business Controlling, starting in August 2027. You will rotate through multiple business functions, lead project work, manage budgets, and report milestones across rotations.

Mobility and relocation to different Henkel sites are expected based on program needs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or related field, have internship experience, and show leadership potential, analytical

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field required.
• Experience from at least one financial internship or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire to become a future leader and drive to challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects as outlined in project charters and plans.
• Drive completion of projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Measure, track and report project performance and milestones.
• Identify and address areas for improvements, risks and countermeasures.
• Act as link between project team and sponsor; align deliverables accordingly.
• Provide timely status updates to sponsor and steering committee.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Set up and execute project communication plans.
• Lead the project team and delegate tasks effectively.
