The Jennifer Hickman Agency, a top Farmers Insurance agency, offers a structured apprenticeship designed to train driven individuals into Farmers Insurance Agents within about eight months. You’ll be trained, coached, and supported daily by a proven team while earning as you learn.

Responsibilities focus on a proven sales process, daily activity targets, and progression through a tier system, culminating in ownership opportunities with full district backing.

Qualifications

• Must obtain (or hold) a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we provide assistance).
• Driven, coachable, and serious about building and growing — not just taking a job.
• Compensation as a Farmers Insurance Agent is performance-based and varies based on production.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a proven daily sales process: prospecting, quoting, and closing

You’ll earn while you learn, with a clear and structured path to launching as a Farmers Insurance Agent in approximately eight months. No figuring it out alone. This is not a get‑rich‑quick pitch and it’s not passive income. Being a Farmers Insurance Agent takes work, discipline, and leadership.
