Responsibilities focus on a proven sales process, daily activity targets, and progression through a tier system, culminating in ownership opportunities with full district backing.

Qualifications

• Must obtain (or hold) a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (we provide assistance).
• Driven, coachable, and serious about building and growing — not just taking a job.
• Compensation as a Farmers Insurance Agent is performance-based and varies based on production.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a proven daily sales process: prospecting, quoting, and closing
• Hit clear daily activity targets (dials, live contacts, quotes) with full coaching support
• Advance through the tier system by hitting your goals
• Develop the sales, leadership, and business skills required to run your own agency
• Build the foundation for a long-term, owner-level income
