Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated Insurance Agent in Battle Creek, MI to generate new business, tailor coverage, and build lasting client relationships. You will conduct consultations, cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies, and work toward aggressive sales targets in a supportive team setting.

You’ll receive training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth, with a pathway to ownership after mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals.
• A coachable mindset and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilités
