Job summary

Sun Tan City is seeking a District Manager in Training to lead a team and deliver the Sun Tan City Experience. You'll supervise staffing, training, and evaluating performance while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires supervising a salon, managing schedules, coaching employees, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across locations within the district. Travel to additional salons is required.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Team building and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach employees to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Monitor and improve client satisfaction and sales performance.
• Supervise staffing, training, and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Lead district-wide operations and travel to other salons as required.
