Sun Tan City in Brentwood, TN seeks a District Manager in Training to lead a salon team and deliver the Sun Tan City Experience. You will supervise hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching while ensuring client satisfaction and safe, clean operations.

You will travel within the district to support other salons, work a 5-day, 40-hour schedule, and adapt to varying shifts. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to drive sales and maintain high standards

Qualifikationen

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Consistently sets a positive example and demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
