You will ensure policy execution, coaching, and strong member service, while maintaining GOLD standards and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and accountability, with occasional forklift responsibilities and ServSafe certification requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations management.
• Strong drive for results; honest, straightforward, and service-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead and motivate large teams.
• Knowledge of shrink controls, merchandising, and frontline operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for assigned departments (Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience).
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members; oversee labor planning and scheduling.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink management; ensure club standards.
• Enforce Member Experience standards (GAA, GOLD) and lead operational readiness.
