Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Sheboygan, WI. You’ll start at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners while learning to run operations, sales, and marketing.

The program trains you in finance, leadership, and branch management, preparing you to grow within Enterprise Mobility across locations. This is an entry-level leadership track with a strong internal-promotion culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Must have 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Develop knowledge in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business.
