Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Sheboygan, WI. You’ll start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and become the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing the skills to run your own location.

The program includes mentoring, community engagement, and training across sales, customer service, finance, and operations, with a clear path toward management roles and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduation.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Leadership experience in athletics, military, or community organizations is acceptable.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations/accidents in past 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support as a Management Trainee to learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Represent Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
• Participate in a structured program to learn to run a branch, grow new business, and lead a team.
• Receive mentoring and hands-on instruction; build community relationships and customer-focused skills.
