Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Watertown, WI. As a MT you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

The program develops you to eventually run your own branch and grow a team. Expect mentorship and hands-on training in sales, service, and operations, with a strong customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• 6 months experience in Sales, Customer Service and/or Management/Leadership.
• Leadership experience in athletics, military, or community organizations acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license with <=2 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI in last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• Work in a structured program to eventually run your own branch, develop your team and cultivate new business.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to be successful.
• Build relationships in the community to grow the business and customer base.
