Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to travel for training and relocation for permanent assignment as needed (<20%).
• If operating a company vehicle, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under supervision.
• Undergo comprehensive training across departments such as Production and Sales Operations.
• Open to learning, taking initiative, and understanding every aspect of running a branch operation.
