Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and a major player in roofing and lumber/building materials, is hiring. The role offers comprehensive training across departments with a path to management, requiring travel for training and potential relocation.

A bachelor’s degree or substantial construction management/distribution experience is expected. The compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually, with benefits including health, 401(k) matching, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• If operating a Company Vehicle, valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.

Responsibilities

• Gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position; comprehensive training across Production, Sales Operations and more.
• Open to learning, not afraid to take chances, and eager to understand every aspect of running a branch operation.
• Operations management experience in building materials or construction-related industry.
• Willingness to travel for training and relocation for permanent assignment.
